These terms govern your use of Mosaic Atelier and its related support pages.
Mosaic Atelier is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, exploit errors, manipulate ELX rewards or balances, bypass purchase or entitlement checks, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
The app, artwork, puzzles, text, design, code, and related materials are owned by Mosaic Atelier or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the app according to these terms and the applicable EULA. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
All current worlds are playable without buying access to content. Free play uses a pane system: first-time level completions may consume panes, and panes refill over time up to the current capacity shown in the app. Failed attempts and replays do not consume panes. Exact capacity and refill timing may evolve in future versions, but the app shows the current rules before a purchase is offered.
Light Elixirs are consumable in-app items. Under the current rules, using 1 ELX restores the pane meter to its full capacity. ELX may be earned through gameplay or purchased in packs shown in the app.
ELX has no monetary value outside Mosaic Atelier, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or used outside the app. A gameplay grant is not a promise of future grants, and we may adjust future reward eligibility or pane mechanics while preserving ELX already validly delivered, subject to technical, legal, fraud-prevention, or refund-related corrections.
No named or portable account is created. ELX is associated with a pseudonymous installation identity. Consumable ELX is not restored by Apple's Restore Purchases feature, and unused ELX may be lost after deleting or reinstalling the app, clearing app data, or changing devices. Purchase ELX only if you accept this limitation.
Premium Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that provides unlimited panes for as long as Mosaic Atelier continues to provide the relevant app functionality. It removes pane waiting; it does not purchase ownership of the app, puzzles, worlds, or future services.
Premium Lifetime does not expire or renew automatically. It can be restored through Apple's Restore Purchases feature using the Apple Account associated with the purchase, subject to App Store availability and Apple's rules.
Legacy monthly or yearly subscribers keep unlimited panes while their subscription remains active. Those legacy subscriptions renew, are managed, and can be canceled under Apple's subscription rules, but are not currently offered to new customers in the app.
All in-app payments are processed by Apple under the terms of your Apple Account and the App Store. The localized price and final purchase details shown in Apple's confirmation sheet control at the time of purchase. Taxes and currency conversion may vary by country or region.
RevenueCat and our Firebase backend validate purchases and deliver Premium Lifetime or the corresponding ELX quantity. Do not repeat a purchase while the app reports that a confirmed ELX delivery is pending. If a completed purchase is not delivered after a reasonable period, contact support with the Apple receipt or transaction information available to you.
Payments, refund eligibility, billing issues, and legacy subscription cancellation are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use Apple's purchase support flow at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If Apple refunds or revokes a purchase, the corresponding Premium Lifetime access or undelivered or unused ELX may be removed or adjusted where technically possible. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
The app and its online services are provided as available. Features, reward rules, pane timing, content, prices, and supported devices may change over time. We may suspend access to online services to maintain security, address abuse or fraud, comply with law, or perform maintenance. We aim to keep Mosaic Atelier stable and carefully maintained, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mosaic Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. These exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit mandatory statutory warranties or consumer protections.
These terms supplement the End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy. If a provision conflicts with Apple's mandatory App Store terms or applicable law, those requirements control to the extent of the conflict.
