What is Mosaic Atelier?

Mosaic Atelier is a logic puzzle game where you restore stained-glass scenes by placing fragments into valid regions. It is designed for calm, careful play rather than speed.

What content is free?

The Prelude and Aube des Verrieres worlds are available without a purchase. Later worlds may require an active subscription, a permanent per-world purchase, or the use of panes depending on the app version.

What are panes?

Panes are an in-game play resource used for some locked content. Free players can hold up to five panes, and panes refill over time. Premium access removes pane friction for covered content.

How do I restore purchases?

Open the purchase or premium screen in the app and use the restore purchases action. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, then select Mosaic Atelier and cancel or change the subscription there.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Use Apple's purchase report flow at reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the Mosaic Atelier purchase.

Does the app show ads or track me across apps?

No. Mosaic Atelier does not include third-party ads and is not designed to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
